Great photos and video MourneMan, they're a great document of a well spent night. Kudos to Big E for trekking up in the dark carrying two logs and wagon wheels for all, much appreciated. Good to see LandyLiam and Molly popping over for a visit, 28 mins from Spelga Dam to our camp, impressive time. RedLeader, Spud and Dowser, you all made me gulder with laughter when the going got tough and were great company round the fire, sharing tips and tricks for bivvying and general camp set-up, cheers  :)
DrMonkFish, that's a great photo and we were all impressed when we checked the forum to find a picture already uploaded before we made camp.
Really glad i went and it was a great test for the tent which performed better than i thought it would. I packed heavy for this trip and can now judge better what to take next time, going to work on getting my pack down from a 60L ruck to a 40L ruck and cut excess weight where i can. Roll on the next Bullseye Bivvy.

40L sounds good, 35L for the kit and that extra 5L for the liquid luxuries. ;D

So what's your kitlist for a November summit camp that fits into a 20L rucksack? Must be spartan at best.

TBH the only difference to my usual was sandwiches instead of a mug-stove combo but they are probably more volume than my mug-stove so just the gas canister less (I just fancied a sambo). I was in a bivy but again thats about the size of my TNLC so little difference there.
