Great night at the Bullseye bivvy, camp.too tired to do a write up guys, never got a soaking like that in my life,my boots leaked,my tent pole snapped, but we had mighty crac around the campfire. For once the folk at the Met office were right on the ball midnight the rain started pouring down, stopped at 6am.There were some big heads this morning, lol & it was good to chat with all the lads around the fire. The campsite was left as we found it,we ( dowser ) even cut out a fire pit & we replaced the cut turf this morning, cracking night with a great bunch of lads, looking forward to the next bullseye bivvy. No carparks were used in the making of these video  :'(

Brilliant night guys, Bullseye Bivvy is a roaring success, can't wait for the next one. I had an absolute ball round the fire and the weather was excellent right up until the gale force winds and torrential rain came :)

Good on you for at least trying out the bivvy bag Mourneman. Great contribution to the forum with both pictures and a video.

You are looking very cool in the snow Dowser, should have applied some sun screen.

Nice one Yak for taking part, I know you were having second thoughts considering the weather. Karma to you for roughing it out. ;)

And of course how could I forget Big E & Spud, well done to both of you.

Great concept, a good wee trip into a lesser trod area and a good night had by all it seems, even Mourneman with all his woes.

That was a really excellent wee overnighter Guys...  I enjoyed every minute of it.  Totally died yesterday when I got home and my legs are stiff as boards after having a Forest Gump moment and deciding to run back down to the car from the campsite to get my mobile phone that I had left in the car  :(

Great Exercise, Great Crack and a great test for all my gear.  Conditions were fairly rough at times.

I'll stick up a few of my pictures when I get home from work as they are lying on my old lappie.

Loved the video you posted Mourneman... It's top quality.  I'm well impressed.  Video editting scares the BeJeezus out of me and I always tend to avoid it.  What software did you use to make the vid?

Did anyone have the courtesy to lift the rock?  Next time I'm passing I'll see what I can do.

i managed to loose the dogs reflective coat on the way home, i'm not sure whether i should go back in daylight to find it, or would it be easier at night with a torch  ??? probably blown well away by now  :(

I found one the next morning but reckoned it was too small to be Molly's.  I think BigE took it home for his pup... Might be worth asking.

Just remember though... Finders keepers, losers weepers... So good luck getting it back if it is yours lol

Maybe we should arrange a dog fight for it, sooner the better, before his pup gets any bigger  8)
