Cookstown District Council has organised three walking routes around Lough Fea to suit all abilities and fitness levels so that everyone can Step Out in The Sperrins...for Stroke.

Walk 1: The Lough Fea Dander: 2.5 miles, 45 minutes
Walk 2: Mobuy Wood Walk: 5.5 miles, 2-3 hours
Walk 3 Slieve Gallion Challenge, 12.5 miles, 4-6 hours

All of the walks will begin at Lough Fea, situated 5 miles north of Cookstown on the Draperstown Road South East of the Sperrin Mountains. The walks will officially start at 10am. It is recommended that you allow at least 30 minutes prior to when you wish to start walking for sign up, map collection and health and safety advice.

No sponsorship is required to take part in the event, just a registration fee which applies to all walks.

Adults: £5
Family: £15 (2 adults and up to 4 children)
Schools/Youth Groups: £3 per participant

All money raised through the registration fee will be donated by Cookstown District Council to The Stroke Association Northern Ireland.
