Have a look at this, it does look as though it shouldn't be possible and I think its why so many think its fake, personally I think its legit and very impressive.

Uncredible!!!!
These are the type of videos i think LandyLiam keeps in his garage for those special moments, ie: it's far too sunny and clement to go out hiking, not enough rain, too much traction, just joshing  ;)

(Gawd i wish i hadn't helped my friend sieve ginger beer tonight)

I put that down as a bit too much camera tilt, would have needed a winch for that slope, and a strong one too.  I find pics of vehicles on hills never look as steep as they really were so i always added a bit myself when photographing 4x4s, having said that, i've driven one of them up some steep rock before and they are pretty amazing  :o

here's a real beast of an offroader

Lol I see that vehicross in Lisburn all the time, I think they are great, was going to buy one once but really hard to find, and get parts etc, for but great off-road machines. Designed by a guy from Norn Iron I believe, Simon Cox.

Would love one, though it only does about 18 miles to the gallon so not very practical for your only car. I dont think the camera is tilted that much on that vid of the LR's, look at the slipping on the descent with brakes locked.
As environmentally unfriendly as they are portrayed, 4x4's are great. Its good to meet another off-road fan, most people would buy a ferrari if they won the lottery, i would buy a Bowler Nemesis
