Makes telly good again

Ok so it's not actual telly (that is 99% crap and just an expensive light). But found this series of videos on youtube and they are really something. I've seen all of and have on file most of the old Eco Challenges and always thought they were pretty much as 100% extreme as you can go. Then this crazy french chap starts running for days non stop in the mountains and you realise the rabbit hole goes much deeper.

If your in at night and don't have a good book to hand these are well worth checking out, even if simply watching them tires you out for a good nights kip.
