First outing this year.
« on: May 20, 2013 »

Great to get the wee kayak wet again. Myself and two friends had a nice 2hr offshore splashing session yesterday it was class the sea was like a mirror and we were joined by a few seals as well. A very nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. :D

One of my best days out on the water ever was out in a 14ft dory on Carlingford Lough, spotted 2 of them and cut the motor and drifted by them, amazing creatures. Seals are good fun too though, especially if you have mackerel to throw at them.
