Hog roast in the oven, one hour down few more to go.

Roast beef is in the oven 1 hr down another 2.5 to go..
Currently peeling lots of parsnips and carrots! Yay!! Btw we will have company tomorrow night. A group of 9 peeps and 2 instructors will be camping in Annalong as they are doing their level 1 hillwalking assessment. So the camp will be pretty full.. And that's without drink lol!

Meat and JD, I'd say I like this guys style, but I'd have to take marks off for the fact that he faded, and he hasn't touched that lovely sandwich !!
