Hello,

Got invited to this talk today. Unfortunately I'll be in work, as it would be right up my street.
Dave is the only Irishman, the oldest, and 1 of only 30 people to have completed the 4 deserts challenge.
He will be talking about his ultra running and this crazy event, but also giving insights and a discussion on his views on health, fitness & nutrition... so there may well be quite a bit to take away from it other than a sense of amazement.
