Spot the EPIC fail
« on: February 08, 2012 »

This is a sign makers who claim to be one of the top signage companies in the UK and Ireland.

http://www.gilmoresigns.com/

No prize for finding the fail but some get it straight away others cant see it and probably the only reason they are still in business.

Or its just a very clever Marketing tactic  ;D

The mispelt sign?

I'm not sure how they could spell their own name wrong.

I reckon they have been lazy and pinched the picture off Google Street View for their website.

I Google Earth Street Viewed it and this is what I got... See the WWW is only WW:

Still... I think if I was promoting myself as the best sign making company in the world I would make sure my website was perfect  ::)

The website is like something from the 90's built on sitebuilder.  Shocking

Anyone tried emailing them...?

I looked Google Maps and Dowser is correct, depending on the angle you can get it to say Gilnore Signs

I had a look at that too. Good spot! I was in the process of emailing and give up as I was too busy and didn't get around to going back to it. Be interested to hear their response.
