Great stuff guys, I had a really fun night, the craic was mighty. What a fantastic way to start the year! Scary seeing the fallen tree the next morning though!

Walking back towards the Glen River there was a big fallen tree right across the path. Scary enough!

oh that one, i passed it the night before so it didn't come down our night, there were also 2 more down between 3rd bridge and quarry, the fallen trees don't bother me, its the ones that are still standing i worry about  ;D

Just wondering, when you say you passed it the night before, do you mean on your way to the camp.  I arrived at camp at 17:20 and walked the path in the dark.  I was 99.9% certain it wasn't there when I passed through, because I can't remember stepping over anything (and I was sober for the first time over the festive season).

Thinking it may have come down between 17:20 and roughly 21:30 when you arrived.
