hello all
Steve McDonagh here from the trim wee borough if Coleraine. I have been getting out and about for the last 2 years having been building career end family for the last 30 years and the resulting neglect lead to my being told by the Doctor to "Shape up" - Last year's target was 600 miles , this year it is 1000 miles of "proper" walking.

I have been investigating off road walks up the north sperrins and Antrim plateau and have ticked off most if the walks in the area from http://walkni.com so if anyone wants recommendations or company just ping me here or on my blog http://slightlydoolally.com I regularly blog my walks with pictures and notes on the routes I take http://slightlydoolally.com/wp/?cat=126

Hope to meet some of you on the plod soon
Steve
