hmm...would take me 45mins to get to Carrick Little...30mins to the Valley....I could be up there before your TomTom has got a fix :D

See you there...

i've sussed out how to use the tomtom properly now  ;D

no chance of getting a FTF and they where nabbed about 7.30am  :o  they were placed out for a geocaching event today which i decided to attend at the last minute (couldn't resist a percy bysshe cache) also picked up my 100th find today and i think i found a bit of an old ww2 shell as well, great day out, got 6 caches today

Yea, I saw the log times and the comments on GC.com, your fella that got the FTFs did feel rotten for doing it, since they where all placed there for an event.

I remember seeing that wee white dog (was there two of them?) at the top of Cove Cave, I must have been up there at the same time as you guys. (but I screwed up...something had it in my head that GZ for both the two cove cave caches was at the top of the cliff..only when I was standing on top with my phone telling me I was still 100m away I worked out that the caches where at the bottom. Had a good wee explore around cove lough, nice wee river w/ waterfalls coming off it.

Got the crater and the lonesome pine caches one myself on the way down...when I saw the coaster in the former I knew for sure that you had beaten me to it.

Well done on the 100th find.

LandyLiam

yes we had the 2 white dogs, which stayed amazingly clean despite walking through all the burnt heather! i didn't make it up to cove cave myself as i had to leave early, was looking out for you though
