Now that lots of us have smartphones we can have a thread for posting from the hill.

I'll go first, we're on Doan, sitting infront of the hobo stove with a bottle of red while mike cooks himself a steak. Awesome!

Thanks for pointing that out Landy... Our Hi-tech Bad Word Search and Destroy software let us down badly there!  I will be having words with our developers first thing Monday morning lol.

Problem fixed  ;)

I know the feeling, had to drop down off Pigeon cause. I could only see a few feet in front of me. Better things to be doing on a Sunday afternoon than following a compass bearing through a cloud!! Contoured round Cock and now sat enjoying some chocolate on a mist free and nearly sunny Hen :-)

I'm on top of Ben Crom and it's bloody windy , so far I have had sleet hail rain and sun . Thinking of ticking of Bernagh but it looks a wee bit scary  :-\

I wimped out but overall I bagged 5 new summits I have never done so I'm a happy man  ;D done slieve loughshannagh over to Ben Crom then up Doan (next bivvy spot) down along lough Shannagh up Carn then Ott , found a few bivvy sites one excellent one that looks down onto a badger set that has fresh markings so it is in use and would entertain me for a while watching them . Also checked A few sites Chuck emailed me to me (thanks) all in all i think I deserve my pint of cider,
