Friends in the mountains
« on: February 25, 2011 »

Hi guys

I've got myself invovled with fund raising group called friends in the mountains. Its been set up by a group of friends that are trying to raise money For the Mourne mountain rescue team, so they can a buy a new jeep as there old one has took a right battering over the years. The first event is tomorrow a charity cycle from Portadown to Newry along Ulster way/Newry canal.

There are going to be alot of events happening, abseil's and a trek of Hadrians wall.

If any of you's want to get invovled let me know and i can pass on your contact details..

I can't go to this one either its Lisa 's birthday. I've only managed to do the Newry tow path cycle. The dates never seem to suit me. I'll have to try and get to the next one. :-[
