Think it is this one:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00tfgrx

Bushcrafts

Getting back to nature can seem a daunting prospect, especially when it means spending a night in the forest with nothing but a sleeping bag. Adam Henson meets up with a bushman who has spent years sleeping in the wild, learning to live from the land around him. Dave Watson teaches Adam that bush crafts are about changing your perception of the environment around you, and shows him how a little knowledge and understanding can go a long way to keeping you warm and fed. But will it be enough for Adam to survive the night in the wilds?

(ps. if anyone's after these programs after they drop off iPlayer give me a shout I've got access to most of them that can be played without the pesky iPlayer software etc)

How do you get them after they drop off the iPlayer? I thought they were deleted.

I'm a member of a private forum that grabs them before they drop off iPlayer or directly as they are broadcast.
