Wild Food
« on: July 29, 2010 »

The NIBA are holding a Wild Food course in Carnfunnock Country Park, just outside Larne on Sunday the 19th of September. We will help you to identify wild eatable and medicinal plants and will also point out some of the more poisonous varieties as well. Depending on availability, there may be some Game prep as well.
Places must be booked through Carnfunnock Country park. This is a FREE course.
