FOOTBALL
Which player(within recent history.... since 1966) captained England whilst playing centre half for Scunthorpe United?          He never played for Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea or any of the top clubs but still captained his country, whilst playing in the lower leagues.

Not solely, depends on what part of the world you are in ;)

Cairo for example is at  30' 03" N      31' 15" E
