Feeling the need to get my hammock out again and as the weather for the weekend is looking good a wee overnighter up in Annalong wood is on the cards. Feel free to jump in if anyone's up for it. Saturday 28th September. Ahem the 26th

I''d love to, has been such a lazy year. Alas, there's a pot of paint with my name on it this weekend   :(

Glenn B

Scrub your name off it, save it for a wet weekend

Well what can I say Annalong Wood, it is what it is does exactly what it says on the tin.
Weather ended up fantastic I don't think I've ever camped out when its been so still not even a whisper of a breeze. We had a great night just relaxing by the fire with a few wee wines.

Brilliant Glenn. The weather was absolutely perfect in the end. I had a very pleasant BBQ at home, hardly the same though  8)

Lovely pics, trying to get up myself soon.  Have the midges buggered off yet?

Alive or just breathing?

They decided to make an appearance in no great numbers though a wee squirt of the old smidge soon seen them off, we were able to sit in tee shirts at the fire until bedtime  8)
