Physio Evolution specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation. The team work out of two clinics in Belfast, which are open Saturdays and evenings. Physio Evolution also has a blog which features regular updates on topics such as injury prevention and recovery.

This might be of interest to people. For £9 you get a half hour physio appointment. Personally, I've been suffering from shin splints for a while, for £9 I reckon I'll go let a professional have a poke! There's only about a day and a half left.
