Hey all. New member saying hello

Hey folks.. My name is Gary, and I am from Warrenpoint.

I have been messing around in forests for a fair number of years now, but am still pretty much a novice and am looking to build on my skills.

I generally potter around locally, but would love to take a trip over to one of the bigger forests in England some time.

My main aim to joining this forum is to meet people local to me who are into bushcraft etc, and learn what I can, as well as to make friends and have a bit of banter at the same time.

I am also a keen airsofter and motorcyclist, both of which actually require various amounts of camping at times.

Hope to be an active contributor to this forum, and share what I know, and learn what I can from you guys.

[Edit] I thought I'd add a quick pic of me and my dogs (yes there are 2 dogs in the pic lol).

Welcome Gary. We've been musing for years about having a shelter building night. Never quite got around to it though :) Maybe this year's the year!
