Just watched the young messi.  Awesome.  I wonder what his future might be?  I couldn't dribble Guuinness as good as that.  That said I don't want to dribble my Guinness. 
Just back from the place where the pineapples and coconuts are (Tesco) with a couple of Guinness and thy're into the fridge for later on.  Might sneak one into the boozer.  Trying to keeps costs down.

I wonder what it would be like in a Camel Back?

I've been thinking bout doing just the same Alan scope the place out for the adventure race.

Whats the verdict? On the website it shows some pics of the route. Where you able to piece any thing together?

the wind wasnt too bad yesterday, it's dree hill on the approach to croob energy sapping , downhill off the summit very good onto the drin road ,  as i live close to drumkeeragh forest i can identify parts of the trails from the a.r. Website
