Hello there,

I am writing from Northern Ireland Hospice! We have recently launched a Capital Appeal to rebuild Somerton House, our Adult Hospice in North Belfast. In order to raise enough money to rebuild the hospice we need to raise £3m from the public over 3 years.

As part of this I am going to be organising an international challenge for the end of next year. We hope to have 30 to 40 people taking part and raising around £50k towards the new build.

Before choosing which trek to go with I wanted to do some research into what people in Northern Ireland would like to take part in so I have created a short ten question survey around the idea. I am keen to get the opinions of like-minded outdoorsey types and thought that this would be a great place to get some input.

If you are happy to do this then please follow the link, it will only take 5 minutes and you don't need to sign up or anything like that. Just follow the link below.

Thank you in advance and best wishes!

Yeah I always prefer donating to charities from ni so that money can be used directly where it goes to.  Hope you get the 3mil needed

Done!

Funnily Enough there's another White Collar Boxing night in Aid of the NI Children's Hospice being run on 29th Sept. I'm fighting again at it.

If anyones interested in fighting at it give me a shout. It's a good bit of craic and we'll get you paired up with someone of the same ability level so you get all the fun of competitive boxing in a safe environment.

Let's get it on!  ;)
