My first is a quick breakfast or meal replacement.

Serves 1

1 or 2 scoops of protein powder.
1 or 2 scoops of ready brek.
Tablespoon of ground flax seed (linseed).

Shake together with water or milk in a protein shaker and drink, simples.

Karma Flapjack, great idea for a sticky thread.

You find the Ready Brek is fine enough to drink? I have bought Instant Oats from MyProtein before which is designed for drinking, but at £2.50/kg unflavoured, or £5 flavoured I haven't considered it for regular use! RB might be a cheaper alternative...that or dry-blend a bag of basics oats for 80p.

Ready brek is excellent to drink, fortified with vitamins and cheaper than other carb drinks.    ASDA do a copy of Ready Brek for less money. ;D
