Nice one MudGoat, the sound of the wind in the video is frightening.

Myself and a friend went up to the summit of Slieve Donard on Monday via Bloody Bridge.  The depth of the snow and the wind and freezing cold were all crazy.  The snow is the same height as the wall pretty much from the brandy pad and is higher at the summit!

Attached a few photos.

Excellent photos, i managed to do a solo hike today up via the Glen River and Donard Wood, managed to get to the wall but it was crazy wind and i wasn't going to risk heading up to the summit on my own. You could step over the wall without using the style and i sank up to my hips, overall a brilliant day. Got some video that i'll try and post but i'm tired now so i'll link to them later.

Yep. completely crazy conditions but you'd do it again  :)

Video filmed on my phone so not the best quality, my glove kept blowing over the lens at times but the wind is immense:
