Saw similar things on the news from the same area. Crazy!

Fortunately the 'drift' at my tent wasn't quite as dramatic.

Haha.

When I went to sleep there was about 2inches covering the ground as far as you could see. I woke up to that and wondered just how many days I'd been snoozing :P

Slievenaman Road has been ploughed as far as fofanny dam them its back to 4-7 foot drifts again and completely impassible beyond that, also its still single track so you will have a long reverse when you meet oncoming traffic (as i did  :-[ ) so please avoid it.

Snows clearing from the east. Head road totally clear, so is the track up to the carrick plant car park (where I am now)
