Yes   Charlie the dog was loving the snow  it was a brilliant day   fingers crossed for more snow in February   Hope to meet up with some of you soon   Hav fun  ;)

great pics, what day were you up there? looks like the sunday when we didn't make it above the saddle as the snow was stinging the face badly, well done for getting to the top

The pictures were taken last Saturday morning  the steep pull up to the saddle was very windy  snow flying around and was painful on the face. We decided to have a go at the summit and found that the wind lessened the closer we got to the top  at the very top there was no wind at all  very eerie and peaceful so it was pretty special.  I would really like to join you guys on a summit camp soon  I need to get a sleeping bag liner and some other bits and bobs but I hope to be ready in the next few weeks  :) thanks for your comments   my mate graham took a lot of the photographs actually !
