I do love bear, but ray has his charms too. I think I love bear so much because he does all the stuff I want to do but dont really have the balls to! Ray's style is more accessable and acheivable! dont think any farmers would be too happy if I wadded into a bog and skinned a sheep for my own "sheeping-bag"!

You may discover that Bear's "Finds" and really props that are left there for him to "find." I think people would be really surprised to discover just how much of the TV programs, both Bear's and Rays, are set up in advance. Good entertainment though.

Yeah I know, a lot of the time tho bear'll say that a farmer left this dead sheep for him so he can show you what can be done. I still like to pretend it's real helps with the illusion! kinda like top gear!!

Yeh bears new show is bad as he gets all things give to him.

If i had a pound for every time this question has been asked id have about £20  ;D I always think to myself ,better at what?? ( im not getting at you Chris mate) Very few ever put bushcrfat or survival after the sentence. If its eating id say Ray, if its drinking his own piss id say eddy, if its bushcraft or survival id say Ben mcNutt!!   ;)

First guy i seen doing bushcraft/survival was Les Hiddens (bush tucker man)first book was the SAS survival guide by John ''lofty''Wiseman and lofty has a DVD out so check out these guys first before yous make your minds up.

I have the one that zipps up in an army cover with compuss, pretty cool.  8)

It one book i hope i have on me if im ever in diffs, it has everything you need to know.

lol id have got banned from bcuk for a post like that.

(that wasnt the reason i was banned though ;D)

funny thing is that my post was relativly low key compared to what ive seen on it lately .theres even a guy on it promoting poaching with a bloody catapult of all things!!!

how things have changed.

ps whats the law on shooting otters? or neighbours dogs for that matter?. dont worry its not me , i would hardly swat a fly fs,lifes too precious in my opinion.
