Tickets are now available to purchase for the 50th anniversary of the Mourne MRT. These are available online from www.justgiving.com/mmrt50. Tickets are priced at £40 each. Please follow the instructions online when making payment.

The evening of celebration will commence with a drinks reception at 7.30 at the Burrendale Hotel followed by a 4 course meal. Guest speakers, audio visual presentations and static display of old team kit will add to the evening. Contact infommrt@yahoo.com for further information. See you there.

congratulations to the team on an excellent evening, the magazine is absoluely brilliant, and the cake was unbelievable


the vehicles got their 50 year wax treatment



the red(ish) carpet was laid out for the black velvet reception

very fine meal at the burrendale hotel



great talk from keynote speaker Dermot Somers



but the cake stole the show

it was a real shame to cut it but it did taste delicious  :)

p.s. the magazine is now available and looks as good as the cake (but doesn't taste as nice  :( )
