if anyone feels like bringing one for me to fall out of will they please say so on here. no point in loads of people carrying un-needed weight. Thanks kindly.

What distance is it from Donard car park to the camp site, my wee babies want to go camping but they are only 2 and 4, this could be real fun for them ..

it about 30 mins for an adult with heavy backpack, so add some time for the kids, especially if you're carrying them  :)

egg hunt will be on at the easter camp.

I will be hiding small plastic eggs, each egg will have foil wrapped mini eggs inside it and also will be a small paper saying what kind of prize you have won.

1st prize: Giant Easter Egg
2nd prize: Large Easter Egg
3rd prize: Large Easter Egg
4th prize: Medium Easter Egg
5th prize: Medium Easter Egg
6th prize: Medium Easter Egg

Happy hunting on the day.

no problem.

me and my bro will be up there very early I mean about 10am to 11am, because we will be putting up are tents and then hiding the eggs, then lighting the fire.

so I probley can't meet you at the carpark, but im sure other people could.
if you ask one of the other people that are coming to it, ask them what time they will be heading and maybe then they can show you up.
Most people show up between 2pm and 5 pm on the last camp

It pretty much easy to get too. just keep going up donard forest, there is 3 bridges along the way up, you will cross 2 bridges but when you come to the third bridge don't cross it just go str8 on beside it until you get to a gate. (you will see the ice house from there) before you pass the gate you just turn right into the forest itself and then you should see us. (this is if you take the small trail up.)

but as you have infants with you maybe you should take the bigger path up.

heres a map.

you take the big route which is the trail of green.
I hope this helps.

but I will put your name up for this ok.

Any suggestions or ideas for food on this one? Im thinking it could be good to do something like our last christmas dinner where we all bring different items and cook it as a group.

Dibs on carrying up the packet of pepper sauce  ;D

Afraid I'm out for this one. I've got some Scout leader training this weekend and I've took enough time of work so think of me when you are all munching away on campfire food.
