I'm going to print out my sponsorship form tonight and bring it into work tomorrow to start gathering money for the ICU. I don't want to leave it too late and not get as much money as I should.

Could I ask if anyone is going that could help with a lift down? Because it is on a Sunday, buses are limited etc.

That sounds great. I've got my first two sponshorships so far, better start training.

Would it be recommended to climb Slieve Donard for the first time with a kayak on your back?  :D
