Which one? There's too much on there - could take a while. I read one about 'doing nothing' as that generally appeals to me greatly  ;D

Interesting article, this book in its way, delves into some of the same subject matter:

No, this one: http://primitivism.com/nothing.htm

I liked the Omnivore's Dilemma a lot. Eye-opening to the food industry (admittedly in America, don't think it's quite that bad over here in terms of restriction; though I suppose with EEC, etc you see the effect of the politics and economics on it). The intense 'grass-farmers' were amazing.

Hi guys,

Thomas J. Elpel is a hero of mine. He has a few excellent books out about living simply. A bit of a legend actually.

Check out Amazon, there is a cool page about making a pair of excellent sandals from old tires.

It really is a great read and an eye opener to the politics of the food industry, especially in the USA but its effects trickle through to the rest of the world, especially with high fructose corn syrup being used in all types of food stuff.
