There is pleasure in the pathless woods, There is rapture on the lonely shore, There is society where none intrudes, By the deep sea and the music in its roar; I love not man the less, but Nature more

lol maybe i,ll send him something in the post ..... ;)

anyway, heres the next thrilling installment...and knife n0 2. its a wee knife for making toothpicks and cleaning your nails.bit more precise than the big heavy bugger. the top ones a 3mm effort, and pretty f*cking good i think.

if i dont melt it during heat treatment i might let someone have it as a kit including brass pins and oak scales. think the first one should go to Jonno if hes interested.seein as its his site an all,and its near christmas lol.......but you can make your own bleedin sheath mate, ive no leather yet!

fred74

they look great, very pro looking

pablo

what kind you want Neil? wee one or a big one?

i just made one today with brick colored liners and birch handle.quite proud of it actually.gonna get some oil to finish the wood and waterproof it.

im only doing a few of these as i cant guarantee the knives.

its handy for a bit of field testing though lol.

might i just add that forming the handles is a real ordeal !

NeilB

Bigger 1 mate it's mainly for bushcraft purposes so need something that can stick some punishment. The 1 with brick liners and birch sounds the part can u send a pic of it?
