TK Maxx were doing a Trekmates item with a few flip top bottles and containers in a carrying pouch, I think it is around £5.
spotted that today in the store, they also has a sea to summit set for £6 which has a few extra items, cutting board and cheese grater & pegs, only saw 1 left on the shelf (downstairs, at the back, i think it was on the clearance shelf)

mate looked over you're problem, think i may have the answer as long as the opened minded.Like you i've struggled to find the right size cointaner for salt, sauce, oil, the usual cointainer style is no good for storing oil, sauce,so one day my wife came up with the solution.Sterile sample container from your gp surgery,(yes i know a urine bottle)but these are completly clean,& take up little space in your pack.i also use them as cache's for geocaching

Try the Lakeland store in the Boucher Road, they have all sorts of containers, you might find something.

Oh, and they have Kendal Mint cake too!  :)
I agree with Paul72..  ive tried many sorts of containers, and Lakeland is by far the best.   Ive found the .5 ltr round container with blue lid the best..  it travels 100 miles everday to its destination with a stirfry, or other saucy thing in them. never let me down yet :) they also have a smart wee 3 container that screws on top of each other, handy for milk, raisins, sugar etc..  have fun :)

I just gotta ask... 100 Miles every day? How come?  ???
