How to insert photos in your post?

Wanting photos in my post, but when I press it I get [ img ][ / img ]

Anyone help?

Upload you images to a hosting site like imageshack.us or flicrk.com

Put the path to your image in between the img tags kinda like this (but with out the spaces in the img:

[ img ]http://www.mywebsite.com/my-pic-name.jpg[ /img ]

There is another way to upload you images to the post...but it's painful and you can't put really big pics in.
