Mobile update: In Carnfunnock testing the new tent, and its pouring down. Hasn't stopped raining since this morning. Tried to throw together a outdoor porch to be able to cook under (luggage is in the main porch) sadly windbreaks aren't waterproof as we found out not so long ago :D bangers and smash are on the stove and also planning on a chinese delivery lateer! I kid you not. Tent is holding up well and will have a review and pictures to share later.
Even though its raining I bet half of you wish you were here :)

I would gladly enjoy swapping right now , I'm about to leave for work 4 nightshifts done 3 to go :( standing in the rain having a smoke is the closest I will get to being outside , glad the tent is holding up nothing better than playing wiu a new toy

I'm in Larne and yep it is absolutely tipping it down in biblical proportions  :o

This will be a helluva test for your tent  :)

Make sure and order the Chinese before the main gates close  ;)

In fact I'm just thinking I don't think it does. You should be grand :)

Just checked their website; couldn't find anything but this 'No visitors are permitted inside the park after 10:00pm.' So they have to be open until then; they should stay open all night ;D

You know the sun has come out here in the West - so it's coming your way! I don't know how you're sticking it in such a confined space it would drive me nuts! When you're car camping the weight isn't a big deal, so you should get a tarp and a couple of poles so you can rig something up even just to shelter the door. I know it's too late for this time.

I was in Belfast today and it has been torrential! I went to Decathlon to drool over some tents and came home with a four man pop up. The guy told me that the Banshees you were all talking about were only in stock an hour before they sold out.
