£5 for a bit of stone - someone's either a genius or an idiot. I considered doing this - finding more interesting minerals in the Mournes, boxing them nicely and flogging them to Americans but never did anything about it.

Nearly the opposite. I have a lump thats been sitting on the kitchen windowsill for ages. I'll do it for a bargain price of £4.98 if anyone wants it  ::)

I did sell a Northern Bank tenner for £14 once on Ebay, but bits of rock's a great idea.  I wonder what the going rate is for genuine Irish peat from the Antrim hills.
