Life Adventure - Castlewellan Forest Park are running a 2 Day REC 2 First Aid Course on Monday 3rd & Tuesday 4th March 2014.

Learn the essentials to ensure that you have what it takes when faced with an emergency outdoors on our 2 day REC Level 2 Outdoor specific First Aid and Rescue course. This course is recognised by National Governing bodies inc RYA, BCU, MLT etc.

Two full days of instruction, inc both theory and practical scenarios, course manual and certification.
