Hi everyone just a wee note to let you all now about this event that Causeway Coast Adventure Racing are holding, there is a one day or two day event format both suitable for the novice adventure racer, these events are great fun and combine all the things on this forum, even camping...!! there is also a kids event on the sunday or even just bring the family along to camp out..!

Dont let the running put you off many teams dont run, they just keep a steady trekking pace.....
anyone wanting more info post here or email Ivan from CCAR he will only be too glad to help with any questions..!

After just finishing the MMM i've got the bug for competion again not any were near fit enough but that can be sorted. What are the distances for the different legs i.e bike/run/kayak?
