Meeting Point:    Sea front area, around play park
About This Event:    A volunteer event to help give the beautiful Ballycastle beach a nice spring clean.

It's that time of year again, the days are getting longer and the weather is supposed to be getting better, but sadly the springtime reveals the true severity of the marine litter crisis. The impact of winter storms and in absence of seasonal council beach cleaning operations, the accumulation of litter can be truly shocking.

So lets all chip in and help remove all the unwanted rubbish from Ballycastle Beach.

Meet at the Sea Front in Ballycastle at 11am on Sat 30th March 2013.

All ages and walks of life welcome.

Gloves & bags provided.
