Broken metatarsal

Broken the metatarsal in my left foot 2 weeks ago. No trails or mountains for donkeys  :'(

bad news, feel for you man, i've had a foot injury that has kept me out of the hills for a mere 2 weeks and i was gutted, i can't imagine what i'd do with myself with a long term injury, get well soon

No Causeway Coast half this year for me. Think they said 2 months before I could do any exercise  :-\

I know how it feels whoisaaron I had to pull out of the mourne marathon as I had an operation last year to correct a torn abductor muscle & it plays up on me every once in a while,you 're doing the right thing resting,no point making an injury worse.
