Hello Gary I'm George.  Nice to hear the word is spreading.  I've never walked in Donegal before but have driven about it.  The area looks fantastic and wild.  Hope to get over there soon.

Regards.

Hi Gary

I was up in Glenveagh a few weeks back, its a beautiful part of the world. Going back again in september/ october for one of the ranger led walks for the red deer rut.

if your going to go as far as Glenveagh you could try all or part of The Glover Highlander
walk Muckish to Errigal

some info here
http://www.simonstewart.ie/Glover/glover.htm

slieve snaght via the poisoned glen is also an option.
route map + pic's here

this route for slieve snaght was from and old walking club buddy his full list of walks and routes have been kindly posted tons of routes in the area.
