Hello from Co Down
« on: August 13, 2012 »

Just saying hello to everyone here.

My late wife and I enjoyed some of the higher places in Ireland, like Glenariff and the Mournes, Errigal and Carrauntoohil, and on over to Lugnaquilla, and many other hills and mountains here and there.

We spent time around the fantastic coasts too, especially in Donegal – Horn Head, Crohy Head, places like that. All great places to be.

After a few years I’m edging back into the outdoors and photography. Was out in the Mournes a few times recently and my old boots finally gave way. But nothing else has, which helps!

Thanks for the prompt welcomes!

Thanks too for the thoughtful words John. Takes a long time to adjust.

I've just watched another of your videos, "A grand day in the Mournes". Fantastic. Camera on the pole is a great idea.

Enjoying your pics too. The pineapple shot is a winner.
