The trek starts out with crossing over two stile's before taking a lesser trek on the right towards the end of Silent valley dam,the ground becomes very boggy after crossing a ford & with the long grass & hidden holes i tumbled over more than once  ;D

Flip - I've been along that side of Ben Crom dam once. Fair play...It's a nightmare. I was close to trying swimming as the progress was so slow on the rocks. The trail on the other side is 100x quicker!
