Hi everyone,

I'm OldTrev - I have been around the outdoors for more years than I care to remember though not so much recently.  I have just been hosting a group of students from the mainland who have been completing their DOE Gold expedition award in the Mournes - the weather was not overly kind to them! - but they enjoyed their stay anyway.  I hope to bring more over in the future.  The group have all been trained by my son who runs his own small outdoor business in North wales - he has been training them since they joined the Bronze award scheme a couple of years ago.

Really glad to find this forum!
