The plan for the next 5 days is;

Saturday – County Tyrone – 10 miles at the Dungannon Park, Lough Macrory, Lough Fea and Gortin Forrest Pollan Trail
Sunday – County Down – 10 miles at the Newcastle Promenade with the Mourne Mountain Rescue Team
Monday – County Armagh – 10 miles at the Royal School Armagh
Tuesday – County Antrim – 10 miles at Queen’s University, Belfast in the Botanic Gardens

1776 miles to go.

Best wishes,

Phil

I'll be joining him this Sunday morning on the Newcastle promenade, maybe smoking him a kipper  :)

Met Phil this morning and what a great guy, he has and is going to achieve so much, he also has a mighty handshake!  Mourne Mountain Rescue Team joined him for a 10 mile walk along the Newcastle Promenade (but got called out to a rescue about half way through, fortunately it was just after they had stopped for coffee and muffins  :) )

thats Phil on the left

no this isn't where we stopped for coffee, charities can't afford that  ;D
