Heres a video i took on the day. planned to camp just off the main forest cause it wasnt that big wen i got there. looked over the hill at 8.00pm and this is where it had got too.

Fook.. was looking to take a group camping in the Mournes and considered there due to having some foliage.. possibly not. Any one camped near Lough Shannagh?

Shamara, it's fine, loads of forest on the other side of the Annalong river still there, made a post about it here.

Have done Lough Shannagh a couple of times, there's a grassy bit to the North that flat and well used.
