hi has anyone got a few pics of how to set up a tarp as im thinking of trying it for a bit of shelter. thanks

I got my Tarp from BackPackingLight.co.uk and they sent me a free dvd with great instructions of various ways to set up a tarp.

It's fantastic, I only knew of two different methods but the DVD showed me more variations.

Searching Youtube is also a great idea. There's plenty of good instructionals.

The real key is never have anywhere on the tarp that water can pool, keep it low to the ground if there's any wind and don't choose a spot that water might lie.
