Hi There,
My Name is Kirth From Carrickfergus, just getting into walking, mostly to try and shed a bit of beef, Did Donard for the first time last year and really enjoyed. Hoping to get out and do more walks maybe once a month depending on my time,
I am a photographer, so have plenty of outdoor clothes, so if you guys could recommend any routes to get me started and not kill me it would b a great help.
Cheers
Kirth

Hey Kirth, welcome. The Mournes have loads of routes that are excellent. If you like the flat more then there are plenty of parts of the Ulster Way worth a look. Check out the routes link by the weather above.

It's been quiet over Xmas but before that something was happening most weekends.
I've been doing the coastal walk from Holywood to Bangor for some exercise on the flat. It's about 8.5 miles of decent path and you can have a pint and a Burger King at the end while you decide if you're walking back or getting the bus :)

Where do you start off from Holywood? Is it the carpark at the dirty duck?
