Title: Venison
Post by: Bernie Garland on December 04, 2009: Don't know if its readily avaiable in NI but i can get a fair bit :)

collected these from my mate Monday,the Red Pricket is going in my freezer,and the two Roe Bucks were promised Mike a while back

Got to wait for the lad to get home to hang it as can't get it up there on my own :eek:

Will takes some pics at the weekend of the skinning and butchering :thumbsup:

I'll have a Roe Buck in the Freezer, for us to have a good feast :)
