i doubt the chinese give a fried rice about what the west thinks . i can see these `scientists` doing whatever they like just to see what happens.they dont give a flying fuck about their own people so why care what happens to us?

serves em right though,pity it didnt fall on the f*ckers who created it.

Chinese people generally take science very seriously. They're very keen to push the boundaries of what's possible in all fields of research. Controlling weather could be good for the planet if they get it right.
the US have been trying to seed clouds since 1946, apparently without success.
Chinese scientists say they succeeded before the olympics last year, but not many believed them.
If this snow was caused by cloud seeding, then it's pretty impressive science.
If the huge volume of snow is from seeding then it's unprecedented; they had no reason to predict, given past results that people would die.

the whole planet is changing through pollution and co2. we as a race dont need irresponsibility with weather manipulation if theres a chance of death .

also, i dont seem to remember describing ANYONE of chinese origin like that.
